At the time you were speaking with Patty, my office manager and I were engaged in scheduled meetings with customers, which made it inappropriate to interrupt those appointments. Since my office is adjacent to Patty’s, I was able to hear your conversation. Patty accurately explained the policy changes you requested and how our billing system operates. Unfortunately, our system does not allow for manual overrides to accommodate such requests. As Patty mentioned, once the underwriting department completes their review of the policy changes, your bill will be updated accordingly for September, at which point you can make the adjusted payment. Patty is an experienced and dedicated team member who remained calm throughout your call despite your raised voice. We ask for mutual respect in all communications.
